_____Gold Package: High tech sound, lighting, and video/ $125 per hour ( 5 hour minimum)

Terms of Agreement

1. Minimum deposit/retainer of $100.00 required to bind terms.  Check should be payable to Andrew Fox.
2. Any deposit/retainer received in non-refundable.
3. There is a 50 cent per mile travel charge for any events outside of the 30 mile roundtrip range.
4. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
   1. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
   2. The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 60 days notice is given.
5. In the event that DJ FOX becomes unable to provide his services due to complications beyond his control, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed on.
6. Any and all information or details must be communicated before the 5 days preceding the performance.
7. Andrew Fox shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with Andrew Fox.  Furthermore, the party(s) contacting Andrew Fox agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests involving any of the Andrew Fox property.
8. The parties purchasing the services of FOX ENTERTAINMENT agree to allow FOX ENTERTAINMENT to use pictures and video images taken at this event for promotional purposes.
